After completing the DEA course, I came away totally engaged and excited about my change of career. The content, which was very heavy and intense, was made a lot more bearable by Angela, our trainer. She made everything clear, understandable and made us all feel comfortable in speaking up if there was something that we didn’t understand. Disappointed that the qualification excludes Risk Path C Heritage Buildings, as the area I work in will have a large percentage of heritage homes.

It was amazing experience Angela Keyworth made it really easy to understand by explaining the content in a precise way. Her pace of delivering lecture was perfect, she made sure that everyone in the class is matching her pace.

The best part for me was the fact that Angela put up her telephone number during breaks, so we could phone her on a one to one basis with any questions that we felt uncomfortable asking in front of the whole group.

I feel that there was a lot of course content to cover in 3 days over Microsoft teams but I totally appreciate that under the circumstances it’s not possible to have site visits and be classroom based. This had no impact at all on the course – I definitely learnt a lot.

I really enjoyed the course and was looking forward to attend every day. Angela was amazing and made the course fun. The course content was hard, but I learned a lot from her. Thank you Angela 🙂

I have done a few courses over the last few months, this was the best one by far!

Angela kept everyone interested and kept everyone interacted in the course, she made it enjoyable to learn.  Not only her teaching ways but her knowledge is second to none, any questions she answered not just with a book answer, but with a full explanation to where, how and why!  She made sure before moving on that everyone understood what had just been discussed and was willing to stop the course to make sure you understood which was brilliant.
