I must say I have taken a lot of exams and participated in many training sessions, but this was by far the best in terms of delivery, content and execution.

The way the course was set out was very good, very informative and easy to understand.

I think it was made easy for the candidates by the way it was delivered by the trainer, as her knowledge within the industry is second to none!

After completing the DEA course, I came away totally engaged and excited about my change of career. The content, which was very heavy and intense, was made a lot more bearable by Angela, our trainer. She made everything clear, understandable and made us all feel comfortable in speaking up if there was something that we didn’t understand. It was all about being confident and comfortable with the learning material. I would 100% recommend any training courses run by Angela to any of my contacts and would jump at the opportunity to attend another one of her courses.
